Short version: this website itself collects almost nothing — it has no accounts, no forms and no tracking of our own. Your payment and ebook delivery are handled by our payment provider, Polar, which receives the information needed to take payment and deliver your PDF. If you email us, we use your address to reply. We don't sell data, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

2. What this website collects
The Site is a set of static pages. We do not run user accounts, contact forms with databases, advertising networks or analytics tracking of our own. Browsing the Site does not place tracking cookies from us.
3. Payments and delivery (Polar)
Purchases are processed by Polar (polar.sh). When you buy the guide, Polar receives and processes the information required to take payment and deliver your product — typically your name, email address, payment details and order record. Polar handles your data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before purchasing. We receive what is needed to support your order (for example, proof of purchase and the email used at checkout, when you contact us about it).
4. Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we use your address to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your question. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your address.
5. Health information
The Site and the guide are educational and do not collect health data. Please do not send sensitive health details by email — if you need support resources, the guide and this Site point to professional and crisis services instead.

The Site links to third parties such as Polar (checkout and delivery) and findahelpline.com (crisis-support directory). Those services have their own privacy practices; this policy covers only the Site.
