Short version: the guide is an educational product for personal use. Payments and delivery are handled by Polar. Don't redistribute or resell the files. The guide doesn't replace professional medical, legal or financial advice — and it isn't a crisis service. Be kind to yourself; use good judgment.
1. Agreement
By using this website (“Site”) or purchasing Before You Resign — A 30-Day Action Guide (the “Guide”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase the Guide.
2. Educational purpose — not professional advice
The Guide is an educational guide to workplace decisions. It does not diagnose, treat or cure burnout or any health condition, and it is not individual medical, psychological, legal, employment-law or financial advice. Its worksheets and scripts are practical prompts, not validated assessments. Employment arrangements differ by employer, contract, occupation and location — check the policies that apply to you and seek qualified advice when health, employment rights or significant money are involved. No specific outcome, decision or result is promised.
3. Not a crisis service
The Site and the Guide are not crisis or emergency services. If you may harm yourself, cannot stay safe or have a medical emergency, stop and contact your local emergency number, or find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.
4. Your license
When you buy the Guide, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may read it on your devices and print or copy the worksheets and scripts for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the files (in whole or in part), or use them to train automated systems. Purchasing one copy licenses one person.
5. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which also handles delivery of the PDF after purchase. The price, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Delivery is digital; nothing is shipped. If your download doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us with the email address used at checkout.
6. Refunds — all sales are final
The Guide is a digital product delivered instantly by download. Because the files cannot be "returned," all sales are final and no refunds are offered once the files have been delivered. Please read the product description and these terms carefully before completing your purchase. This policy does not affect genuine order problems: if your download fails or doesn't arrive, contact us and we will make sure you receive the files you paid for; if you were charged twice or otherwise billed in error, we will work with you and Polar to correct it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, misrepresent authorship of the Guide, or use the materials in ways that violate applicable law or others' rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Guide, the Site and their content are © 2026 Aijaz Siddique. All rights reserved. Workplace examples in the Guide are fictional composites created to illustrate decisions.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Guide and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Guide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [seller's country/state — insert jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

We may update these terms; the current version and its date always live on this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
